The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is accountable for the hiring process within their assigned Market. They will consult with hiring managers to develop and execute compelling recruitment strategies and tactics to source, screen and select a highly talented and diverse workforce in an efficient, cost effective and timely manner. They are responsible for ensuring their customer’s satisfaction, and for establishing a collaborative relationship with the Human Resources Generalists and other members of the Talent Acquisition Team. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter shall utilize the latest web-based knowledge, recruiting channels and social media platforms to source the most befitting candidates.
